From idea to track-proven part.
This project started from scratch with a full 3D scan of the chassis and mounting points on the BMW M3 F80. Based on the scanned data, we developed a complete reverse-engineered model to ensure perfect fitment and optimal load distribution.
The wing mounts were designed in CAD with a strong focus on rigidity, weight reduction, and real motorsport use. Every detail was considered – from mounting geometry to stress points under high-speed aero load.
Manufactured in-house from billet aluminum on CNC machines, the result is a lightweight yet extremely strong solution, built to handle serious downforce.
Tested and proven on track.
