WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
Our current order processing time is approximately 1-3 business days, in most cases we will ship your order next day or the following business day.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout and the shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the total order weight and the postal or courier service fees. We offer the following shipping options:

  • DHL
  • Econt

Please note, we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping, but limited to DHL services.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
